"The photos of the beach outside the hotel must have been taken years ago. It is not like that now. The Wi-Fi was impossible to upload . The rooms had been flooded at some stage as the walls had water marks on them and the paint/plaster had blown. The hotel needs serious updating."

"Muy bien todo, muy limpio muy buena situacion el hotel y el personal perfecto, en general un 10"

"Bellissimo hotel sul lungo mare di Carboneras. Parcheggio gratuito a 100m, non ha l’ascensore ma essendo su un piano solo non è un gran problema."

"Nice small hotel, very helpful staff. Room, beds and bathroom all very clean. Swimming pool and good location on the edge if San Juan de los Terreros, 3 mins to nearest beach and chiringuito, overall would recomnend if looking for simple no frills accomodation. Would we stay there again? YES."

"Lovely boutique hotel in perfect location."

"Great hotel in a very central location. Very clean rooms, pool and lobby areas. Had a problem with the car due to a flat battery and the guy in reception was amazing and got us on the road home very quickly. Lots of useful information from the receptionist too. Will definitely go back there ."

"Lovely clean room - nice views and quiet - really good location for our needs with great bar and fantastic tapas! Next door to supermarket and short walk to nearby bars"

"Sehr netter Empfang"

"Very smooth early check-in & gracious hosts. Lovely breakfast taken in the gardens. Fabulous air conditioned room which was a god send in 41 degree heatwave"

"Turned up at 12.30 and the lady at reception checked to see if our room was ready which it was so she let us check in early . Room was very clean with a nice balcony looking over the sea . Room was very old and basic but everything worked ok , bed was comfortable and had a good shower . Overall a good stay and would return"

"Great location, friendly staff, clean and modern"

"El trato de parte del dueño es muy bueno, las chicas que están trabajando son muy agradables y atentas,el desayuno está super bien,la única pega es el aparato del aire acondicionado de la habitación que hacía ruido, pero vamos que hemos dormido de maravilla"

"Amazing hotel and staff! Reccomended"
