"The room was good. The shower surround needed a good scub, very curious as to why that isn't done everytime a guest checks out. THe breaksfast was very good, but the breakfast attendant literally had a countdown of when it was over. 9:00 am! Her phone alarm went off. Prior to 9:00, she was putting everything away, very rushed. Parking was good, safe, lighted. "

At 330pm room not ready, key in hand at 350pm. - Staff provided the typical upstate insincere politeness mixed with a touch of sass. - Pre check-in was useless. -...

"Room was updated, spacious, and clean. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was small but you can park in the museum of play lot and get it validated at the hotel."
