"I am not sure what to say. March break here in Ontario and I like to take my grandchildren for an overnight at a hotel and a swim, just some downtime with them. So disappointed. The pool was so cold. We were only in it for about 10 minutes and then the two of them had to go in the shower for 15 to warm up. "The facilities and rooms are always clean. The staff at breakfast were very friendly, lots of choices for toast, cereal, yogurt, bacon, eggs, waffles."

"Staff was great but room was in need of repair and cleaning. Bathroom fan hanging out of ceiling, broken bathroom door handle, dirt in corners of room and bathroom as well as dead mosquito type bugs on bathroom ceiling. There was hair in one bed that didn’t belong to us as well as stains on couch."
