"Great location for exploring the city. The staff were super kind, and the shared bathroom and toilet were totally fine. The room wasn’t brand new, but it was very spacious, and since I was out most of the time, it was more than enough for a good night’s sleep. I’ll definitely come back 😊"

"Management are very good. I had to cancel my trip due to injury and the management called to say they have offered me credit to use within 3 months. I had not taken booking insurance so this was above and beyond expectations. Looking forward to the trip soon."

"The air was effective. The room very clean and well serviced. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Chloe in particular was wonderful. Extremely efficient and considerate. She arranged a taxi for us and checked on us while waiting offering an umbrella if required. A valuable and pleasant young lady. The stay was comfortable, all needs met. Parking space could have been allocated to ensure space. Well done Harp"
