"Staff when I checked in didn't speak loud enough to hear and mumbled. Didn't help that English was a second language. Put me in a room on the third floor, no towels in the room anywhere. Went back to the front desk to ask for towels and he mumbled something again. About an hour later, cleaning staff gave me more towels that I could use. Next morning I went to the car and came back - the room key didn't work. Had to go to the front office again to get it reset with the excuse "Sometimes it does...

"Hotel is clean and in good shape. The staff is really nice and helpful. It is in a good area. My only complaint would be the elevators needing updated, the floor is coming apart pretty bad."

Yet, when I returned late that night after being out all day, everything remained exactly as it was; nothing had been cleaned at all—not even the bathroom."

"Room was clean and well put together. The front desk staff were helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was in a convenient location. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Some of the outlets in the room were loose, but we made do. Will recommend!"
