"Until arriving at the property you have to communicate with a company called Direct Booker. It takes them 2-3 days to respond. I asked a pre checkin question and they responded after I checked in. The other request was answered with a non-answer. The property should consider finding another partner. The property did not really have the room ready. "We were double booked and we stayed without night. Noone informed us about this error. Still waiting for refund. Not to mention inconvinience caused and money spent for a day trip to island with plan to stay overnight…. Probably the place is nice but we had no chance to make a judgment."
