There was an included boat slip that easily accommodated our 34ft boat. It was incredibly safe feeling. The bestest part was that there was a commercial ice machine on property! "Everything was perfect- from booking, questions before arrival, arrival and our time there! We were two families (4 adults and 3 children, ages 3, 3 and 7) and the house was the perfect size and layout for us. The house felt clean, the beds were comfy and the house was well stocked with plates, glassware, kitchen utensils, etc. The view couldn't be beat.
