"I like this property it didn't look the best on the outside but it was clean on the inside the air conditioner was cold the bed was hard the pillows was soft but for one night we enjoyed it I would go back "

"I believe this is my 4th stay here , im familiar with this place. Its clean and quite, something this old man appreciates. The only complaint today is the elevator is not working. I had car trouble today and did not get here in time to get on the first floor. Had to take the stairs. Im 72 and it was a little ruff climbing them. I really like this hotel. I cruise alot out of Galveston and its pretty handy for me."

"Hotel room was absolutely stunning with a great view of the pier. Everything was clean and staff was nice. Was close to multiple restaurants and attractions. Indoor pool was very clean and warm."

"Enjoyed the breakfast but would be great if they had more than 1 waffle iron. Myself and several other people had to stand in line while another person made 5 waffles with total disregard to anyone else waiting on waffles."

"We appreciate it being so close to the port. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and good for our one night stay. We always stay here when we cruise. "

"This is our 2nd stay in 3 months. And even though we lost power they were very accommodating. What i dont like is lavk of coffee or the doors being locked so often with open sign on. I understand no one wants to sit in there all day though."
