"We arrived at 4:00 pm. We were told room not ready& come back in hr. We went out & came back after an hr. We went in room & the bathroom floor was sticky & tub dirty! The sheets did not smell clean. I don’t think room was cleaned at all! My husband & I had to clean tub & sink. I slept on top of sheets. We wanted to use the hot tub as it was closed unfortunately. Very disappointed with stay!"
