"No one available to tell us the amenities.. had to phone to get someone to respond for check in.. only one key given. Room located upstairs very difficult to manage with husband with Leukemia who got locked out. Was charged a pet fee and requested no dog on bed even though cleaning fee charged. TV only worked manually for power and volume cobtrils no idea what channels worked..no phone in room nor instructions or directions for anything including sm coffee maker thst didnt work.Train whistles...

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful - especially pointing out the hotels facilities. The room was excellent and most comfortable. A good place to stop in Vanderhoof."
