"The house seriously needs a ductless AC. Anytime we left the house for a few hours, the house would heat up to 80-85 degrees. In order to sit in the living room, we needed to always sit in front of an electric fan. Yes, the owner did supply us with a portable AC, which we had to use in the master bedroom that was located upstairs. The other bedrooms didn’t have ceiling fans. We did love the backyard deck.
