"Location was great. Quiet street. Breakfast and Happy Hour was wonderful. Friendly staff. Location of our room was not great. Right outside the food bar and bottom of the steps. At night the guests returning were loud and obnoxious and woke us from our sleep. The guests across the hall locked themselves out of their room and were yelling and cussing at each other. There is no one on staff present overnight. Only a phone number for after -hours issues. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. Its a smaller 2 story place with that Old Florida look and vibe. It's not luxury but my Queen Suite lodging was perfect for me. Two good-sized rooms with daily maid service. The bed was nice and firm. The breakfast was rather simple- good if you just needed a quick bite to start the day. Best of all was it was right outside my door, lol. Above the table were staff picks for good eating spots. And I want to give a gold star to the desk mgr (wish I could recall...

"This was the perfect Key West trip. We go down approximately every other year, and have stayed in a number of hotels and guest houses. This was absolutely the best, and we will be hard-pressed to stay anywhere else in the future. Our room? Freshly renovated, 1st floor, 50 feet from their wonderful restaurant, 25 feet from the very refreshing pool. Clean and quiet, with 2 nice chairs right outside our door in a little alcove. The location? Right on Duval Street, near the southern end. Close...

"The bathroom in room 8 does not have an exhaust fan so bathroom smells always go into the bedroom. Even though there is room for a couple of chairs in the bedroom, none are provided. The balcony light does not have a switch to turn it on. Parking is rarely available. Do not bring a car or rent one."
