The amenities are good including pool, sauna, although one of the jacuzzis’ jets were broken. The location is amazing - 10min to the gondolas - and with tons of dining and shopping options. "

"The property was a 2 bedroom condo. It had lots of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans for cooking at the unit. They even had a cake pan so you could celebrate a birthday, if needed. It has nice decor with matching accents. However, the massage chair needs to be reupholstered and a new non-stick frying pan would be nice. There is lots of local literature available but a pen and paper to take notes would have been helpful. We never met any staff and didn't know how to reach anyone for...

"The location is amazing! One of the best locations anywhere. The only issue we had was it was very hot on in the rooms. I understand that we were there during a rare heat wave but it was almost unbearable to sleep our last night with no air conditioning. There were some small fans that helped a little. The location was magical though and the trails around the property were fantastic. "
