"In the course of my travels, I have had many different experiences; if I were to single out one beautiful and cherished memory, it would undoubtedly be the warm service I received at this hotel. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, I arrived a day early—and to make matters worse, that Friday happened to mark the beginning of a national holiday in Spain. Just as I was looking quite distressed, one of the staff members took the initiative to track down a small hotel in her own neighborhood, made...

"This hotel was just a total disappointment. First it was advertised as being close to the airport, but it was a nearly 20 min ride. There is no car access to the front of the hotel, in case you're traveling with lots luggage.

"Is clean good price , little small but is ok for a couple day. There not parking available. And difficult to find. "

"The staff were great!"

"Cute property in residential area, only downside was that it is far from restaurants, shops, bars. Check in was a little complicated with a small communication issue but on arrival the host was very nice and helpful, gave us some great info about what to see nearby (La Granja is a great town and palace gardens very worthwhile!) The room was basic but functional. Beds good, we slept great! There was also had a very nice outdoor area that we did enjoy for drinks and cards! WiFi worked well....
