"The hotel is right in the heart of the old town centre but unfortunately it's so noisy and we were right next to the lift and it kept us awake for most of the night ( don't stay in room 51, it's awful and really small. Nowhere for clothes etc) We've stayed 4 times before but at the back of the hotel and it's a lot quieter. Staff and not very pleasant or friendly 😕 bit difficult to get a simple smile out of most of them. Sadly I think it's our last visit to this hotel."

"The room was a delight , so modern, clean and fresh, the bathroom was nice with a large walk in shower . The bed was a good size and so comfortable , for a studio it was a really great sized room and had all you needed for a holiday or short break, the balcony had good solid recliner chairs and small table again good size for a studio. The building itself was spotless as was pool area everywhere cleaned every day, the 24hr reception was well covered and nothing a bother to the staff ."

"Nice apartment in the centre of the strip, very well placed providing you are a heavy sleeper like me. The apartment is well equipped and the staff are very friendly and helpful. But as mentioned my room faced The Beachcomber club that does not finish until till 8am some days and plays music at very high volumes. But who goes to Benidorm for peace and quiet or for that matter sleep!"
