Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"I stayed here for one night to buy my Machu Picchu ticket in person, and this hotel turned out to be a great choice. The early check-in time (from 12:00 PM) was a big plus, especially after a long train ride. For the price, the room exceeded my expectation! It was clean, spacious, and had reliable hot water. Breakfast was included, and they were also kind enough to store my luggage after checkout, which helped a lot. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around Aguas...
