"The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is located in San Marcos which is very close to Santiago. The bus 6A coming from Santiago's airport stops right in front of the hotel. Price of bus ticket one euro. The bus 6 which goes to Santiago starts the route right across the street. Bus ticket price also one euro. "The loft apartment was spotless and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax after a long day on the Camino. The staff were incredibly friendly — always prompt, helpful, and ready to answer any questions we had. The only thing I’d suggest is adding an option for pilgrims to purchase essentials like laundry soap, especially for those arriving on a Sunday. In our case, we had to walk all the way to downtown Santiago to find an open store, as everything nearby was closed."
