The promoted cherry blossom tea was not available when we showed up for a reservation we made that there was no record of. Several staff members would benefit from hospitality training. We found several lacking in basic knowledge about the hotel. Hotel would benefit from more English speaking staff."

"Great location right by the LV ship and walking distance to a food street plus many more eateries. Room was beautiful with many thoughtful touches like charging cables, bath salts, haribo gummies (heart) and more. There are also bicycles on site that you can use to get around Shanghai."

Im Umkreis des Hotels gibt es viele kleine Restaurants mit ausgezeichnetem Essen. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt, aber mich stört das nicht."
