"Room was super clean and comfortable. Didn’t feel grossed out being in socks at all. Only thing was we decided to extend our stay by one night and they had us change rooms (to keep the same one was $80 more) which isn’t much of an inconvenience to us but felt like a waste since the cleaning people would have to clean an extra room. Parking was $20/day. A little excessive but that would be my only complaint! The pool and hot tub were great. We had a great stay."

"We asked for a quiet room. They gave us one near an elevator and directly across from a train station. One window shade was broken and the clothes hook in the bathroom pulled out of the door when we tried to use it. We paid $500 per night for this room. We planned to stay two nights but checked out after one. As long-time IHG members, we expected some kind of refund for our second night. The hotel management refused to grant us any refund.
