"Un séjour d’exception, sublimé par un personnel aux petits soins ! La vue est tout simplement splendide, le spa nous a laissé un souvenir inoubliable, et le restaurant est d’une qualité remarquable. Chaque attention était délicate et chaleureuse. Après 4 jours sur place, nous rêvons déjà d’y retourner.

"Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Alpeiner. Das Skigebiet war sehr nah und es gab einen privaten Shuttlebus. Das Abendessen war super und auch das Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen. Auch klasse war die Bar und die Aussenterrasse."

"Great location which was close to the train station. However it was a fair distance to the centre of town. Not many options for public transport in the area which was quite inconvenient given that it rained the entire time.we were there. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book here again as it was very comfortable."
"Family runned hotel beautiful situated in the stubai alps. Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Food is typical local and well cooked. Breakfast buffé is great and has everything you need for a good start. Rooms are clean and nice. Cleaning is impeccable.

"Super für einen Städtetrip. Ab 2 Übernachtungen kann man die Welcome Card an der Rezeption holen mit der man umsonst den Nahverkehr nutzen kann und auch viele andere Ermäßigungen. Parken beim Hotel ist umsonst was ein riesen Vorteil ist nach dem Innsbruck eine Parkzone ist. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr ruhig. Gute Lage um auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen. "

"Morgens wollte auf einmal ein anderer Gast in unser Zimmer und beim Frühstück waren wir nicht aufgelistet. Es stellte sich heraus dass wir durch einen Fehler der Rezeption nicht eingecheckt waren. Das Personal hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und wir bekamen einen Voucher für die Bar. Die Dame beim Frühstück (Belinda) war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns jeden Morgen frisches Omelett usw. und Kaffee gebracht und immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei.
