"I found the Peppermill Tower to be loud, with big gaps around the doors letting in hallway noise and door-slamming shaking the room most of the night. A big negative. The casino is still fine--unlike most every US casino, the Peppermill continues to have playable VP. I wouldn't make the trip from Chicago without it. I know the casino needs an edge, just give me a sporting chance--that's what makes it fun. One suggestion for the slot manager--some of the best VP in the house is at the Terrace...

"Great clean, we enjoyed the stay. Lest like was the smoke smell in our room preferred non smoking room requested but elevator , hall and room smelled from smoke but was faint not too heavy. Enjoyed our stay staff was helpful"

"I called the front desk to ask for shower chair for my mom, she’s handicapped, they gave me a shower table for baby, it’s way too big in the tub, I called again, but the girl who’s very rude. I do not want to go back this hotel again, do not recommend it"
