Transporting luggage was very easy. Overall the perfect place to stay in Sorrento I would highly recommend."

"Good breakfast. But I didn't realize it was complimentary or included with my reservation. So I was only able to take advantage of it for one meal out of the 4 nights. I wished the front desk staff communicated to me properly when I checked in. Nice clean room with AC."

The hotel was a fairly short walk to the town centre and there were plenty of restaurants in the immediate area, also."

"Pros: the hotel is centrally located to the main plaza and is close to many adorable restaurants. Cons: the staff was incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. I messaged the hotel the day before to confirm I needed the 2 bed option vs the queen (both options in my reservation). I also asked for the address of the parking garage. I had to call for the parking address and, 20 minutes later, call again because the gentleman still had not sent it and I was driving in circles. The address he sent was...
