"This Hotel is 5 star. I love this Staybridge so much. It feels like home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Peaceful. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. They have an afternoon/evening simple meal. They have a bar. I forgot my toothpaste they have complimentary ones. It felt great to use. 10/10. "Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. "

"The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it."

"Nice hotel and staff. Room with king bed was clean, quiet and functional. The room was a little smaller than most that we've stayed in. The mattress was firm and not as comfortable as we had hoped so we didn't sleep great. That was our only complaint."
