ダブルを予約していましたが朝に到着しチェックインさせていただきましたのでツインでも良ければとチェックイン。
シングルは細い感じでした。
クーラーはよく効きました。
ドライヤーは添えつけなのでパワーは弱めなので持参していたのを使 いました。
あと冷蔵庫があればなぁと
立地は良くて移動は楽でした。"

"During my stay, my room key stopped working after midnight, and I was locked out of my room. Unfortunately, there were no staff members available to assist because it was after 12:00 a.m.
After about an hour, a security guard arrived, but he was unable to unlock the door. I ended up waiting until around 4:00 a.m., when I was finally given another room for the rest of the night. My original room was not opened until the following morning when the regular staff returned to work.
The situation...

"Automated check-in was painfully slow. Room is as expected. The decor wasn’t for me, but it was clean and functional. The stay was made by the reception staff who were very helpful, firstly to get us in early and then when my daughter was unwell and we had to delay checkout."

"Good solid choice for a hotel. The rooms are quiet, spacious and comfortable. The lifts were prompt. The hotel is handily located near Schloss Belvedere, one of the city's main attractions and the train {s} from the airport stop 5 minutes away at Rennweg station. My only complaint is that the room was very warm but a fan had been provided. Really cannot fault the hotel or it's staff."
