"The people at the reception desk were very organized to check us in and take our credit card but were clearly negligent to advise us that the air conditioning was not functional in our room. Their response to our complaint was "the technician is supposed to come and we'll let you know". Later that afternoon they told us the the air conditioning won't be repaired for our stay. "The place was very nice. We really appreciate the front desk Pietro and Allen and the buffet. It was very nice Christina and a breakfast and I cannot recall her name. The girls in the buffet was very nice all of them really appreciate it. Manager was very nice. Very attentive us nice experience overall out of 100 1000% thank you."
