"I really loved the property besides maybe the rooms being a little small everything else was top notch. My only complaint is with Expedia during the check in process to a different hotel that was a 4 star hotel with better amenities. Somehow the hotel didn’t receive my stay and was turned away and had to settle with a 3 star hotel cause my family was tired. But hotel wise I say 4 stars. Expedia 2 stars"

"From the moment my Bestie and I checked in we were greeted with nothing but smiles and chatter from the Front desk employees! They were all awesome throughout our stay! The room was nice and mostly clean except when we found a rogue fork behind a table leg, which unless housekeeping moved the table, they wouldn't have seen it. We moved the table to play cards. "Beautiful view from every room and convenient location… everything in the Charleston area is within 20 minutes drive. Shuttle provided if you prefer. Restaurant is the draw on the 15th floor and parking is full in the evening as a result. Price is the best in the area for what you receive. Unfortunately, it is a dated hotel and not always well covered up. Pool and fitness area show their age and the rooms lack detail. This was probably amazing 30 years ago, now it’s ok. "Room was great - all the amenities we needed / wanted. Loved the Reception Sunday afternoon. Loved the Breakfast Monday morning. Parking very convenient. Will stay there again."

"We love our hotel. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were immaculate. Nice pool and amenities. The bar and restaurant was also on point. Not sure of Simone's title/posituon at the hotel, but when i tell she went above and beyond. She is awesome. Not to mention, she greets all her customers by name after only meeting you once. Every issue i had she immediatly stopped what she was doing and corrected them. She made my stay pleasant. I will return."
