"Spacious unit. Easy walk to beach but a bit too far to walk into town especially when hot. The building itself is not much to look at but the unit was okay. While very clean, and well equipped, it’s definitely a budget friendly unit. The mattress was really poor quality. The patio area was okay but keep in mind you’re sharing it with other guests. Easy dedicated parking. We had a second floor unit and the stairs are very steep when trying to lug a big bag. Overall though it is a decent unit....

"Owner communicated well. A little of a hassle that we scheduled everything around check in at 3 but it wasn’t until 4 and we didn’t find out until check in instructions were sent. The front door squeaked terribly. The shower barely spit water out of the faucet. The beach was a good bit from 23 and it was about half way between the pool and the beach. The beds were not great.
