"Just a couple issues- parking is limited and upon arrival I was given a room that had not been cleaned. BUT! The staff was excellent and took care of the room issue with professionalism and friendliness. The room I was given was spotless. Great hotel, great staff. Breakfast was decent. It was a very good stay and I’d return if I was ever in the area."

"I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. "First time to stay at Hampton Inn. Everything was perfect except the main thing we need to sleep good. You guessed it! Air conditioning. The thermostat is motion activated. When you go to sleep, the air conditioner does not come on at all. Therefore you get hot and stuffy until you get up and move around. I did tell the front desk the night of and they could not do anything about it."
