I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. "We had a great time at Cascado Lodge. The unit is small and there’s only a hotel-like fridge if you’re planning to cook. The amenities are good including pool, sauna, although one of the jacuzzis’ jets were broken. The location is amazing - 10min to the gondolas - and with tons of dining and shopping options. "

"We are very pleased with the apartment and our stay there. The apartment is well laid, with all required amenities; it is very clean and warm. The view is great! The only ‘nice to have’ would be access to a jacuzzi or a sauna on premises; or perhaps a bathtub instead of a shower in one of the bathrooms. We are happy to give you five stars."
