"Absolutely love the staff, they saved my vacation. Went to stay at Destin Village Inn and it was horrible. Things wrong with the room, roaches everything you don't want. I called the Hampton to see if they were able to do an early check-in after explaining happened at the Inn. They were quick to get me taken care of.
