There were a lot of cuts with cleaning materials in the hallway. I had no help pulling my 3 suitcases. But the staff could see that I need help.
They never even greeted me.
The rooms were excellent clean."

"We absolutely loved our stay at LY New York Hotel! My husband and I stayed for a few days, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient location for getting around New York and seeing everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home.
This has definitely become our go-to spot every time we’re in New York. We always look forward to staying here and would highly recommend it...

"Voco in Astoria is a great place to stay. It’s less than a year old and the rooms are soundproof. Across from me was the subway track and I could barely hear it. It was probably one of of best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast. The food and atmosphere was amazing as well as the excellent Customer Service by the entire staff throughout the hotel. It’s a short walking distance to a subway entrance. I will definitely be returning there."
