Are you looking for a autonomous, fully furnished and equipped apartment/studio or temporary office space in one of the most atmospheric parts of Zurich with its historical buildings in Old town pedestrian area a few steps from lake, river, Bahnhofstrasse, main train station 8001 and city centre 8002?
Dont look any further!

Each apartment is separate and located stand alone in a small residential house. It guarantees you the privacy you Are usually missing in hotels.

The apartments are equipped with all the important amenities to support a harmonious and comfortable stay. The apartments being very clean and bright, full of light and with outstanding views over the roofs of the old town, will quickly make you feel like home.
The computer friendly apartments are offering you TV, Wifi, private bathroom, towels, bedding, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen / kitchenette, dishes, Nespresso etc.
If there is missing anything you need, we will always try to accommodate your wish.

The prices:
Final price always depends on duration, occupation, and needs:
1 room apartment or studio: from 1950, - to 2400,-- CHF
2 rooms, or additional sofa bed: from 2300,-- to 3500,-- CHF
For April we are happy to make an additional special price offer.
Deposit: minimum 1.5 rent;
Final cleaning minimum CHF 125,--:

Not inhabitable. Did not stay overnight for any of the 9 nights. Pursuing refund.

Above noisy and Smokey pub. No a/c. Not very clean. Bed not usable.

Terrible stay! Shower, Wifi, Dishwasher, Coffe machine all broken. Host extremely unfriendly.

Nightmare. If you want a pleasant stay in Zurich sleep somewhere else.

2 Days in Zurich

The apartment is a very short walk from the train station. It was clean and safe. Getting the keys and checking in was easy. The manager came by and checked on us to make sure we were OK. There is a some street noise because you are right in the center of town which is to be expected. We would stay there again.

Owner was unresponsive

Had to call on arrival as key was not there. Called several times as did VRBO staff with no response. After 1 hour got a written response which was terrible. Finally got in but fou d that the upgrade was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Undisclosed when we booked, I am 70 and my wife has heart issues. TV didn't work and there were no instructions as to trash or laundry. Not necessarily a bad apartment just owner unresponsiveness issues. We left 2 days early and found other accommodations.
