Welcome to your seaside escape in the heart of Zoutelande! Just 200 meters from the beach, this bright and modern two-bedroom apartment is the perfect retreat for a family of four. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee on the private terrace or unwinding in the stylish living room after a day in the sun, this home offers both comfort and convenience in a truly idyllic setting.

Prime Location for Sun, Sand, and Strolling
Zoutelande’s beaches are known for their unique wooden pile heads and sun-drenched southern exposure—ideal for beachgoers and nature lovers alike. Adventure awaits with nearby kite surfing, dune hiking, and bike routes through Zeeland’s scenic nature reserves. You’ll find everything you need just steps away: restaurants serving local seafood are only 100 meters from the front door, and the supermarket is around the corner at 170 meters.

Relaxation and Practical Perks
Inside, you’ll find a cozy living space with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, hob, and dishwasher. Sleep peacefully in the boxspring double bed and two comfy single beds. Guests also enjoy access to shared laundry facilities, bike storage, and private parking. Please note: street work is scheduled from Oct 2024–Mar 2025, which may cause some daytime noise or limited accessibility. Pets are not permitted.
