This comfortable half of a house (a traditional Darß-style semi-detached home with a thatched roof) invites you to enjoy a wonderful stay on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Zingst.
The vacation home is located in an extremely quiet area of Zingst, within walking distance of hiking and biking trails.

The property accommodates up to 6 people and is furnished to a high standard.
A spacious living area with a living/dining room featuring a 55-inch satellite TV and a wood-burning stove, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, leaves nothing to be desired.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a second bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m).
Another bedroom with two single beds (0.9 x 2 m) is located in the attic.
On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
The beach is only 900 m away.
Shopping options, including a bakery and supermarket, are in the immediate vicinity.

You’ll find a lovely patio with patio furniture and 2 lounge chairs for relaxing on the property.
This is a non-smoking home equipped with a washer and dryer.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Two private parking spaces and a lockable bike storage room are located right next to the house.
Bike rentals are available in the immediate vicinity; the beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the supermarket is a 3-minute walk away.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them through the Zimmerbörse.

Key pickup takes place at the Zingst Zimmerbörse, Strandstraße 51, between 16.00 - 17.00!
