  • Casa con varias viviendas "Shangri La", amplia, moderna, bonita de 6 plantas. En el inmueble: ascensor, sala guardaesquís, calefacción central. Tienda de comestibles 350 m, supermercado 450 m, restaurante 40 m, panadería, alquiler de bicicletas 350 m, parada autobús "Brücke zum Steg" 200 m, estación de tren "Bahnhof Zermatt" 700 m. Tren de montaña, alquiler de esquís 500 m, parada de ski-bus 200 m, escuela de esquí, escuela de esquí para niños 450 m, parque infantil 600 m. Los taxis no pueden llegar hasta delante de la casa. La entrega de llaves se realiza por la agencia Interhome en Zermatt.
    Apartamento de 3 estancias. Luminoso, con mobiliario bonito y moderno: salón con 2 sofás-cama, chiminea nórdica, TV y DVD. També val la pena visitar Babylift i Funicular Frachey-Alpe Ciarcerio. Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Property manager should send more detailed information on how to access the property. You have to open a door, go through a tunnel, take an elevator, open another door with key, walk to another lobby and take another elevator or stairs to the front door of the property. We had to guess all that to get to the property.

Sehr gut

Die Einrichtung, Möbel, Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut. Keine Abnützung und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider war das ganze Geschirr schmutzig, hatte noch getrocknete Essreste auf den Tellern, Besteck, Gläser. Wir haben die Abwaschmaschine mit Salz und Glänzer aufgefüllt und haben das Geschirr.....nochmals gewaschen. Ohne diese Zutaten hat die Maschine das Programm nicht ausgeführt, was unser Vormieter leider nicht gemerkt hat. Insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

InterHome could do with a bit more customer care. Basically they are there to just give you keys. They should call and check to see if you need anything and if everything is good. We had several broken things in our rental. Who looks to see that everything is operational? No one wants workers in while they are there. Worst sheets, towels and pillows ivevever had in a VRBO. And if you stay in This place, you’d better like walking up 100 stairs to get home. Apartment layout is good and we enjoyed Zermatt. But disappointed in the care and maintenance of this rental.

I would not stay in this ... again. Apartment layout was fine, but the sheets, towels and pillows were terrible. They all need replacing. Beds were saggy as well. It could be a better place if it was looked after better. It was also very difficult to get to. Elevators, lots of stairs, multiple keys to get to. InterHome could also be more helpful. They should take you to your place and check in with you about your stay or see if you have questions.

Gute Lage

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier, die Lage ist wirklich top, unkomplizierte Reservation/Kommunikation. Schade ist, dass nach zwei Jahren keine Verbesserung oder Veränderung in der Wohnung zu sehen war. Es sind kleine Dinge, die man verbessern könnte. Neuer Duschkopf, neue Kissen beim Sofa, der Couchtisch ist nich mehr schön und stark verkratzt, Bilder stehen am Boden statt aufgehängt an der Wand. Wir denken eine Kontrolle der Wohnung und Aufnahme vom Inventar wäre sinnvoll.

Shangri La Zermatt

Die Lage und die grösse der Wohnung waren perfekt. Leider sind ein paar Dinge sehr mangelhaft, z.B. der Kamin-Ofen war defekt (wir haben diese Wohnung auch deshalb ausgesucht, damit wir am Abend ein Feuer machen können)! Dann waren die Heizstrahler in beiden Bäder defekt. Der Kühlschrank stank extrem, man musste immer die Luft anhalten beim öffnen. Vielleicht wäre es auch an der Zeit den Teppich bei der Polstergruppe zu ersetzten, da dieser sehr schmutzig ist.

Perfect for a summer stay

A lovely spacious apartment ideal for a family of 4. There are also a couple of sofa beds if additional guests are staying. The view over the mountains are spectacular. The apartment is close to the town centre where there are a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Be warned it is a steep climb up from the town so this accommodation would not be suitable for anyone with reduced mobility.

Beautiful apartment location in Zermatt

Location and apartment were very nice. Easy walk to slopes and town center. Interhome was not very good with communication. Office was closed both when we arrived late on Sunday (which is understandable),but did not return my message request for additional keys (only provided one set) and also the office was closed when we left and went by during office hours. Could only get into the building with the key and had to always try and coordinate times between the 4 of us.

magnique séjour au chalet Shangri La

L'appartement est très confortable pour 4 personnes idéalement et 1-2 personnes dans le salon. Moderne, confortable et au calme. Proche du départ du métro de Sunnegga pour le ski. Le chemin qui monte depuis le centre n'est pas forcément approprié pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Very nice apartment! Suggestions: - It would be appreciated if Interhome could provide a small piece of soap in the bathrooms (like other agencies do). - I also informed the agency: an additional cutting board for bread (the cutting boards are very old/used) - the plug behind the microwave was loose and needs to be fixed - the sink in one of the bathrooms was totally clocked up when we arrived and needs cleaning - include type of coffee machine and sound/music system in the description.

Mon mari est tombé le jour de l'arrivée en glissant sur une plaque de glace dans un des escaliers menant de l'appartement à la rue. Il s'est grièvement blessé ! Il y a des choses à améliorer concernant le matériel de cuisine : Très peu de casseroles, très peu de plats, pas de quoi faire une fondue, pas de passoires, pas de planche pour couper le pain ni pour couper des légumes ou autres. De nombreux verres cassés ! Le lit de bébé n'a pas de matelas convenable, il a dû dormir SUR UNE PLANCHE.

Schöne Lage- mäßige Ausstattung

Tolle zentrumsnahe Lage. Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Mängeln und unvollständig und dem Qualitätsanspruch nicht gerechtfertigt. Raclette mit defekter Isolierung des Stromkabels-. Teppiche und Sofas voller Staub. Parkett müsste aufpoliert werden. Keine Handseife und extra Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Balkon mi Unkraut zwischen den Platten. Nachbarbalkon perfekt. Hier mangelt es an Sauberkeit, die nur oberflächlich vorhanden ist.
