Museu Zeppelin

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

Nos encantó el hotel. Todo estaba muy limpio, el desayuno era completo y tenía bastante variedad. Las vistas son increíbles, probablemente de las mejores que vimos en Suiza. Sin duda volveríamos.
