"When we booked we requested a first floor room because of a disability. The evening before we were to check in we got a message that we were booked on the top floor. I left 2 or 3 messages asking for more information and reminding them of the disability but by noon, when I hadn’t received any response and had no way to determine whether or not there was a way to make it work, we booked a different location that was able to accommodate our needs. "Our stay was short but very welcoming and nice. We had an early flight out the next morning, so we were looking for a nice place that fit our needs and close to the airport. Apartment2home was fabulous. Only problem was that there were a lot of steps to get up and down from the apartment and not lighted enough. Host was wonderful and very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Also located in a nice area with food and safety. We would definitely stay again."

"Supert opphold. Ankom seint på kvelden og hadde glemt å ta kontakt på forhånd, men ble tatt i mot veldig godt til tross for det. Imøtekommmende vert og på tilbudssiden for at vi skulle ha det godt. Bare godt å si om dette oppholdet. Og kommer gjerne tilbake!!"

"Great location and nice room. you have to walk about 10 minutes from where the Uber lets you off and it is somewhat difficult to find. The room is not overly soundproof and if you are a light sleeper, be prepared for church bells going off every 15 minutes along with working trucks beeping while they’re backing up and construction crews and garbage collection all starting between five and 6 o’clock every morning.
