Villa Arborea is a stylish and thoughtfully curated private villa set on a quiet hillside in the village of Lagopodo, just outside Machairado, offering a peaceful yet highly accessible base for exploring the island of Zakynthos. Designed for couples, friends, or small families, the villa combines warmth, elegance, and authenticity, with carefully selected furnishings and decorative details that create an inviting, home-like atmosphere where every element has been chosen with care.



The villa spans 72 square metres and features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with a bunk bed, alongside two modern bathrooms. A private swimming pool forms the heart of the outdoor space, complemented by a furnished terrace and balcony with open views across olive groves, countryside, and glimpses towards Laganas Bay. Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned and includes a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, dining area, and all necessary kitchenware, ensuring complete independence throughout the stay. Additional comforts include a flat-screen television with streaming services, free WiFi, a safety deposit box, quality linens and towels, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.



Villa Arborea enjoys a tranquil setting away from busy tourist centres, yet remains ideally positioned for discovering the island. Zakynthos Town is approximately a 15-minute drive away, while beaches, traditional tavernas, the Zakynthos Marine Park, and key attractions such as the Port of Zakynthos and Water Village Zante are all within easy reach. The international airport is approximately 8 kilometres from the property, making arrivals and departures straightforward.



Free private on-site parking is available, and the villa welcomes pets upon request. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. There is no on-site staff permanently based at the villa, allowing guests complete privacy throughout their stay, with support available locally if required.



Please note that a damage policy applies, and guests may be charged up to €300 after check-out in the event of damage to the property, subject to inspection. Children of all ages are welcome, with cots and extra beds available on request and subject to availability, depending on the selected booking option. No additional mandatory extra costs are charged unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
