A beautiful new country house in Akrotiri, in a privileged spot with stunning views of the Ionian Sea, the city and the harbor, designed with the emphasis on the detail and the layout of its premises. The house is ideal for refreshing and relaxing holidays in a beautiful natural environment with panoramic views, even though it is so close to the city and its rhythms.

In shades of olive green and purple lavender, it has the built characteristics of the Ionian Islands: the iron gate, the green pathway that leads to the house, the old two-leaf door, the handmade furniture and tiles. The large courtyards are surrounded by olive trees and rosemaries, forming pleasant niches with a unique view.
The owners have opted for environmentally friendly options such as large windows for natural light, ceiling fans for natural cooling and infrared heating.

Within the estate, there are two houses, "Villetta" and the owners’ residence, often used during the holiday season. Both are completely independent, with separate entrances and courtyards.

The house is 5min. by car (20min. walk) from the city center, the main square, museums, bars / restaurants while there is a bus stop in 500m.
Important sights such as the Venetian Castle at Bohali and Strani Hill are ideal options for short walks. The nearest sandy beach (Tsilivi) is 10min. by car.
