Rate notes
Rate includes all listed amenities & all local taxes. Please note that for bookings up to 4 guests only the main villa will be available. For bookings from 5 to 8 guests the main villa and guesthouse will be available.

Payment policy
A credit card is required to secure the booking.
20% of the total amount is going to be charged to your credit card on booking.
The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to check-in date.
In case of non-show or early departure the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card.


Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is no longer available.

If booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
The deposit will be refunded through bank transfer or credit / debit card within 14 days of cancellation date.
If booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date the deposit you have paid to confirm your reservation will not be refunded.

Changes are subject to availability and should be confirmed by the accommodation. For modifications such as total number of guests, numbers of nights etc there may be additional charges according to the accommodation’s policies.
In case of early departure or no show the deposit is not refunded under any circumstances and the accommodation reserves the right to request or charge 50% of the non stayed nights as compensation, according to European and Greek Laws.
