Hotels a Centre de Zakopane, Zakopane

"One of our favs. Absolutely outstanding from the helpfulness of the staff to the cleanliness of the entire hotel."

"Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with...

"I can't recommend this hotel. It feels like it's been frozen in the 1970s or 1980s and hasn't been meaningfully updated since. There was no air conditioning, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially in warm weather. To make matters worse, the outside noise was constant, making it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. The rooms are outdated, the facilities feel worn out, and the overall experience simply doesn't justify the price. For the money they're charging, you can easily...

"Great location but could use better signage. (FYI....It is right behind the Starbucks.) NO ELEVATOR. Not a deal breaker but it was a challenge with bags. People should know that it is not staffed 24 hours so no one at the desk in the evening. Staff extremely helpful when on property. Breakfast is wonderful!!!"

"We booked a double room We receive a double room but in the roof level which means the ceiling was very low and although I’m only 170 cm we knocked up our head many times and had to remember to walk and bend - it was terrible. I asked another room but they were full and we had to suffer our entire stay. There was no cleaning and change of towels for the entire stay. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The gym which was very important to us to work out daily was ok but some of the...

"near the centre"

"Very disappointed with their customer service. We had an emergency and they had no compassion for cancellation. The building is ugly, but that is not very important! We were very stressed out because of their lack of heart!"

"This apartment is so perfect as it was so central plus we had private parking. The interior is gorgeous including the kitchen with coffee machine and toaster, a rain shower in the bathroom and a swivel tv in the lounge/bedroom. Ample space plus an outside sitting area. We had 3 nights there and could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delivered to the door and it was different every day and so much. We loved it thank you so much. "

"The hotel is not considerate at all, a few details, two bottle of water with caps but no opener, no way I could drink them, no tissues, only toilet paper in the room, no fridge, window crack, lots of bad details, also the staff were very rude, never smiled, when I asked them about street parking, they said not their parking, they don’t know, but it is right in front of their property, no clue at all? Or just wanted me to pay for their parking? When I asked if possible checkout a little late, no...

"Excelente ubicación y el lugar precioso"

"Hotel charges 150 zlots for buffet dinner, there are very poor variety. In weekends it wasn't bad, but during the week the cost is really outrageous. I understand we pay for convenience, but even convenience doesn't cost so much money."

"I’ll start with pros: good breakfast, nice views, and decently sized room. Cons: No AC, room does not get fully dark, bathroom was at a slant for us so we could only bathe, tub leaked, and again let me repeat NO AC. They also don’t do room service so if you’re staying more than 2 nights that could be a problem."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Large well decorated room. The lobby was spectacular. Great underground parking. Excellent breakfast. Just a short walk from the main road. Hotel was so nice we added an extra night!"

"Standard hôtel indretning af værelset. Lidt mut / ikke smilende personale. Overfladen af hotellet er pænt."

"Terrible place! Avoid! I booked premium double room for my parents. I was shocked when they sent me photos of what room they got. Tiny room with 2 single beds, no space to even open door to bathroom. The bed mattresses had springs coming out so my parents had 3 sleepless nights. I can see from other reviews that other guests complaint about the beds for a few years now and the hotel didn’t bother to replace them! The photos online are presenting rooms as a premium but what you get it’s...
