  • Relax in this custom 2-story 4 bedroom 3 bath home located on the North Shore of Martinez Lake AZ. This home is in a secluded private 5 home gated community. It is on a quiet inlet 1 mile north of Fishers Landing. It is on the water and has it's own boat ramp, boat slip and covered parking at the private dock. Tons of parking and multiple boat launching available if needed. It has a game room with a full size 8' pool table. The home has air conditioning, WIFI, Washer/Dryer, and a extra refrigerator/freezer in garage.

    The home was built in 2005, designed with modern amenities and style. Fully furnished and ready for rent. Fishing, hiking, off-roading, boating, water skiing, wake boarding or just relaxing are some of the activities available for you to enjoy at this beautiful home. There are views of the lake and sunsets throughout the home. Rent a few months at a time for a special discounted rate, or available weekly or monthly.

Great luxury accommodations, lots of space in kitchen, garage, rooms, driveway and lot. Pool table and resort-style (Hollywood and rock limited edition memorabilia) decor add to the sense of destination. Owner was instantly available and communicative and anticipated our stay and needs. Just great.

Awesome river home

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for some water fun and relaxation. The house was well equipped and very spacious for all of us. There is plenty of parking and we loved having a dock for our boat. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect! Plenty of space, art/memorabilia was cool, pool table was fun for the adults and kids. House is close to the dock which was nice loading and unloading the boat.

Fishing trip

Was a excellent home to stay in while visiting the river. The secluded cove was perfect for leaving the boat overnight and getting ready in the morning. Will definitely be back

This home is beautiful, and has all the space you need. 2nd time staying here and it has not disappointed. The private launch ramp is a huge bonus. Worth every penny!

River trip

The house and neighborhood were nice. The dock and launch were also nice. A lot of donkey droppings which was expected and now a big deal. The house wasn’t the cleanest but wasnt too terrible. The ladder on the dock could definitely use a good cleaning.

Beautiful river house

House was perfect for our Fathers Day get away with family. Lots and lots of room all around and everyone definitely enjoyed the pool table once we were off the water. Plenty of parking, ramp and dock are super closer and easy to use. We even had a few wildlife visitors in the early morning coming to drink from the cove. Would love to rent again!

Family weekend

Brought out my husband’s family for a river weekend! There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone! A really huge comfy couch for all to watch movies that was provided by the owner via Netflix! What a nice bonus! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Convenient to mining

It was an interesting house that worked great with the 6 of us. We were mining so convenient to the Red Cloud road. Bathroom needed a handle on the shower in master bath. Could use some updating but, all in all, very comfortable.

Great safe location and big home

4 of my friends stayed here. We all towed our own boats here with full size trucks. There was plenty of parking on the property to accommodate us. The home is located in a private gated culdesac. This one was lake front. Mike was extremely helpful and responsive to my messages. Kitchen was well equipped. Home was clean. We would definitely stay here again. The home appeared to be custom built, so some of the light switches were tricky to use.

Home Requires Care

It’s a great house with potential. Mike was very accommodating and a good communicator. Unfortunately, there were some issues. The commercial ice maker is gone and ice makers in refrigerators not working. The pinball machine inoperable and pool table was missing a ball, until we found it behind a cabinet in the family room three days in. The kitchen doesn’t have an island but a peninsula. It needs organizing and cleaning. There was leftover food. The yard is mostly dirt and firepit is circle of rocks. BBQ is an old Weber. To enjoy the outdoors, bring shade, chairs, wood, and charcoal. The water inlet was full of donkey excrement and algae so thick it filled the area so we launched at the marina. The water level was so low we had to walk the boat for some time before it was deep enough to drive. We ended up not being able to dock it at the house. We would feel more welcome in a clean environment. There was sand on the floors, unclear windows (looked like they have never been cleaned, note closed blinds in the pictures), dirty sheets (crushed pill capsule in master bed), dirty dishes and mouse excrement scattered about. Maintenance items need to be addressed. Light bulbs out, light switches not working, door handles broken, shower fixtures need replacing. The WIFI is slow and cuts out. Lastly, the house is for sale. We would stay again if the issues were addressed, maybe by new owners.

Guys trip

Nice home with a very nice pool room. Pinball and Pacman didn't work. Boat launch and dock worked great. Could use some new pots & pans. Host was very nice and accommodating.
