You will enjoy your stay at this fully furnished LUXURY rental in the center of Yuma. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 5th bedroom/game room that can sleep up to 10 people. The home has just been completely remodeled with high end finishes including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Relax next to the pool or on the large patio while you BBQ. This home is just a short drive away from Mexico, Colorado River, sand dunes, and Yuma Proving Grounds.
The space
This home has a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware/utensils you will need to cook a meal. It comes stocked with sheets, towels, blankets, TV, and Wi-Fi. There is also a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board

A spacious house with a large kitchen and nice pool. Plenty of amenities (kitchen utensils, bathroom and pool towels, etc.), and a large driveway to park multiple cars. There was a slight discrepancy between trash/recycling instructions between online and in-house notebook, but nothing critical. A gratis early check-in would have been nice given no conflicting booking, but overall the stay was a great value.

Guys weekend

Visited the area for a softball tournament. House was clean. Communication with the host was excellent. She was even able to accommodate an early check in which was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great home, tons of space and sleep options. Pool and outdoor shady trees area with some small rolling green hills in backyard, very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for what we needed. Very nice def stay here again!

Perfect for a group mixed ages

Beautiful backyard!!! Not pool season but very nice pool and grass. Great place for morning coffee (owners have nice large coffee pot)! Beds were comfortable and Futon is extra wide. Ping pong table nice to keep kids, ok adults too, entertained. Quiet neighborhood and close to groceries and Walmart. Great communication from owners! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for our family trip!

First time to Yuma for a muligeneration trip. The place looked exactly like the photos, it was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the grandpa as well as the teenager.

Nice home in good location

Our family rented this to use while we did some day riding at the dunes. It was perfect for our needs, the beds were comfortable, the house was very clean. The communication with the owner went well, they were always quick to respond prior to check in. The check in process went flawlessly. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location close to stores, etc. I would definitely recommend this house. Its a beautifil home and priced really well.

Perfect home for some time to relax

This is my second place staying in this home! We got to relax by the pool and just have a wonderful weekend over all. Will definitely be staying her again. Whole check in went smooth, house was super cute and very clean. Loved everything overall

Close to everything

The home was very nice and clean. The pool was great to use almost anytime of day. The best part was location, it is literally less than 10 minutes to anything and everything. We were so glad it was such an nice place to relax and visit with our son, a US Marine just returned from deployment.

Surprised parents

A beautiful home for a small family gathering. We surprised our parents with my siblings coming together to have family pictures taken. Something my parents always wanted. It had been many years since we all been together, we all live in different states. A perfect place for dinner and to sit and reminisce. Ping pong table was a big hit! Love the rooms and pool!!!

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

House was pretty much as described/pictured. We were a grp of 10 but this house doesn't seem to accommodate that; Linens basic (could of used more kitchen towels and a few dish cloths), table doesn't sit 10 people, kitchen supplies basic. Sleeping accommodations fit 10. Didn't agree with the "pet charge" of an extra $50/day for a visiting pet there for 6 hours. Pool unheated and not usable the time we were there. Nice to have ping pong table. Hosts timely on messages and questions asked.

Everything with the house was just as advertised. Neighborhood is not bad but there are some sketchy homes nearby. However, no problems. Our only issue was that are door code stopped working the night before check out. We got to the house late and tired and could not get ahold of anyone to let us in. I would stay here again regardless.
