◎ To make your desert stay even cooler for the summer, Homestead Modern has teamed up with The Joshua Tree Retreat Center to grant you exclusive access to their pool facilities during the months of May - August. The pool is located on the historic Joshua Tree Retreat Center Campus, 4.1 miles from Yucca Hut. Access hours are 8AM to 9PM and guests in your reservation will receive complementary access to the pool facility. It’s the ultimate way to beat the Mojave heat and soak in those iconic Joshua Tree views and the Retreat Center has an organic cafe nearby as well.

Guest Access:

► GENERAL: As guests, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process.



► PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the large driveway.



► WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home for any remote workers in your group.



► FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children's books, toys and dinnerware, and even babysitter recommendations! / Please request in advance



► PETS: Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee per dog of $100. Please alert us in advance. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking.

Yucca Mesa offers an ideal blend of deep-desert tranquility and central convenience to all major High Desert attractions.

Getting Around:

While we are off a paved road, many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.



Other Things to Note:

◎ CAMERAS - The property is protected by (1) camera on the east wall of the home, and (1) camera facing south capturing the driveway.



◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.



◎ DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.



◎ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.



◎ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
