Lovely glamping under the stars

We stayed in the Om Dome for my boyfriend’s birthday. Lovely comfortable furnishings with easy access to the park, restaurants, and bars. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend!

Epic Yucca Valley Rental!

Unreal accommodations and host! The Dome was perfect for our 3 day stay while spending time in Joshua Tree and surrounding areas. Yael and Vasili were amazing hosts. We opted for planned meals which are on offer on top of the rental agreement. These ended up being the best meals we had during our time there. Moroccan eggs for breakfast with lattes. Then a home cooked Mediterranean feast of baked salmon, chick pea salad and Tiramisu for dessert. Truly delicious meals 8) Our hosts also provided excellent reccos for dinner places and local bars as well. I highly recommend this vrbo for anyone looking for a cozy and unique experience while staying in the area. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the dome. My husband and I enjoyed the homemade breakfast each morning & great recommendations on where to go & what to see during our stay. We can’t wait to return. Thank you again!!

amazing romantic glamping getaway in the desert

My wife and I had the most amazing time in this desert oasis dome that was our first glamping experience! The stars were especially beautiful at night, and we got to admire it in the hot tub. We loved the heated dome and sauna, especially since it gets quite cold in December at night! The bathroom was convenient, heated, and right next door. We loved the breakfast shashuka meal and fruit platter that was prepared for us. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and quick to respond.

Glamping plus!!

The dome is a delightful place to sleep, comfy bed and oh! The jacuzzi and infrared sauna were so appreciated for the cold nights we were there. Our hosts were generous with their knowledge of the area and looked after us throughout the challenging weather conditions. We were so appreciative of the Mediterranean breakfasts, made even more special when we could sit and enjoy in the warmth of the morning sun. Wonderful views to wake up to and return to after a long day of hiking. Sas efcharistó!

Great getaway in the desert

My partner and I (and dog!) had a wonderful stay at the Om Dome. It was clean, cozy, and the decorations gave it a very unique, desert vibe! Yael and Vaz were superb hosts, always responsive and available to answer our questions and provide amenities if needed. They were very sweet and went above and beyond in hosting us, especially with regards to food! Overall a great experience.

A peaceful getaway

My husband, pup, and I had the best time at the Om Dome. By far our favorite visit to Joshua Tree this far. Yael and Vaz made this stay so special. The breakfasts were delicious and accommodating to our plant based diet. Our dog was welcomed and became best friends with the house pup, Baloo. The sauna and hot tub were so relaxing and we definitely annoyed stargazing from the porch. I would highly recommend this very special stay and would love to return again.

Unbelievable hospitality

What an incredible experience staying at Yael and Vaz’s Om Dome. The space itself, inside the dome and all surrounding outdoor decks and patios, have been designed and decorated to be so chic yet so welcoming and comfortable. The bed is comfy, lots of pillows, USB ports right nearby to charge your phone from the nightstands. Included in the dome is a redwood sauna, Bluetooth enabled so you can play you favorite tunes while you relax. There’s a mini-fridge for drinks, and a electric kettle for tea and coffee. Outside of the dome are a few different places to sit, lounge and relax, all with the incredible view of the Yucca Valley. Yael and Vaz were always available if we needed something but gave us the utmost privacy our entire trip. I can’t express enough how incredible the breakfasts each day were. Mediterranean style with so much attention to small details: a drizzle of honey on the apple slices, za’atar seasoning on the toast, just incredible. We asked Yael and Vaz if we could join their dinner club — they cooked for us one evening (for an additional fee) and it was incredible!! So worth it, highly recommended. We loved staying at the Om Dome. Yael and Vaz are incredible hosts with an incredible property. Already plotting on when we can return.

Best vacation in a very long time

I’d give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. The dome is a wonderful experience, falling asleep to the stars and walking up to a wall of hazy sunlight over the desert hills is transformative. The space is perfect, I hardly left because it has everything you need including a giant hottub perfect for star gazing. The real beauty of this place though is Yael and Vaz, brilliant hosts who should be cooking in restaurants. So grateful for the stay and I’ll be back the next time I need a mind, body and soul top up.
