Wonderful stay. All the beds were comfortable, it was clean, a tv that was actually easy to use, and great location with a lot of space. Been to a few Vrbo’s in Yuba City over the years and this is by far our favorite. Won’t stay anywhere else now.

Beautiful, charming home! The host is amazing and very communicative. The huge backyard and spacious living area are perfect for spending time with local family and friends. I would absolutely stay here again, especially for long-term visits.

My family and I stayed here while visiting my hometown to see my parents and siblings for a few days. Pros: Plenty of space for our family to enjoy and not feel cramped. Backyard was beautiful and had seating to enjoy the crisp morning with a cup of coffee. Bedrooms were decent sized and had enough beds to meet our needs. Generally the home was clean and welcoming. Cons: There really was only 1 opportunity that made our stay not as great as it could have been. One of the secondary bedrooms reeked of animal urine. It seems that someone had locked a dog in that room and that dog peed all over the carpet. It was almost unbearable. Unfortunately that was the room my adult daughter had to stay in and she had to leave the window open at night just to alleviate some of the smell but it really didn’t help that much. I did message the host the day we checked in to advise of the odor and was told that they’ve had the carpet professionally cleaned multiple times and offered to send air freshener to the home which would not have helped. I was surprised this was not mentioned in any other reviews on the 2 sites I found this house listed. The carpet and carpet pad needs to be replaced. I would not stay here again unless the carpet was replaced. It is old and has stains in other areas, but that room…gross.
