There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily. Honestly I am not sure how the hotel can justify charging the resort fees when I was the housekeeper during my 5 days stay. We did have Wi-Fi but that was ...

This was our 5th time staying at the Knoll. It never disappoints. Each year there are small upgrades (deck by the river, steps to the bank, AC, etc.). We look forward to returning again next year.
