The property comprises:

A living room with TV and sofas, a well appointed kitchen, three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The living/dining room also has a sofa bed.

The property sleeps up to twelve people.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are on the first floor with Bedroom 4 on the ground floor accommodating sofa beds to provide another social room if desired.

There is a full size bathroom and a separate shower room.

The property is in a busy area of York and on street parking is on a first come first served basis on nearby streets not directly outside the property for which guest passes may be available, varying seasonally through the local authority. There are also a number of public car Parks located very close by.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a bustling area of the City of York there are many bars, restaurants and local supermarkets just a street away from the property.

As this is in a residential neighbourhood we do kindly ask that guests do not play loud music between 10.30pm and 8.00am, and use outside areas quietly during these hours.
