"First lady at check in was terrible… hospitality trash.. white woman with glasses and pony tail…. Another nice lady with curly hair and light skin was great, and a darker skin girl had amazing hospitality don’t know there names. "The convenience fee is simply extortion by Hilton to profiteer . Basically you give them $35 per night and they give you $9 to buy stuff . The rooms need some Maintenance which should not be happening in a $ 500 a night . On the good side all the front end staff were very nice and professional . "
