This uniquely designed modern home can be enjoyed by several families together or large groups eg school groups, golfers, girls weekends etc

Located only 1.5km to the main street, this tastefully furnished home features full air conditioning/heating in EVERY ROOM, UNLIMITED hot water, solar heated inground pool with sun lounges and SHADE SAILS and a covered entertaining area with BBQ with MAINS GAS (no gas bottles required). There is also an enormous gourmet kitchen, two large living rooms, 5 x plasma TV's , a meals table to seat 12, large laundry, powder room plus two bathrooms each servicing a master bedroom and the additional bedroom. The huge extra living room can also be converted to a bedroom ( if required eg for snorers, extra people) as it has doors for privacy, it's own air con/heating and plasma!

We can include linen at a small cost .

This property is only a few hundred meters to the popular Murray River ski area where there is a boat ramp (off Cullens Rd) and sandy beach area for kids and swimming.
This home boasts ample secure boat parking with lock-up gates and plenty of maneuvering room on the 4000m2 (1 acre) of land plus a covered carport and a circular drive way for boats and trailers plus manicured soft lawns- great for kids sport!
Enjoy the 45 hole golf course, fishing, water sports, bush walking, play basketball at home, bike riding, visit wineries and fresh produce farms or just relax by the pool - these are all options plus many more. We also have a basketball hoop and mini court area.

Amazing stay for a mixed group

Agrestic is a beaitiful property, great facilitile, multiple private sleeping quarters all with their own heating/cooling, well stocked, abundant parking. Highly recommend for larger groups.

Wonderful house

The house was big and suited all our needs ….just far enough away from the town…kids loved the pool, out door area was great too..bedrooms were huge !!! We will come again for sure !!

Cleanliness

The house was good, but was not cleaned, there was hair and biscuits in the draws in bathrooms, dishes that still had food on them in the cupboards, coffee machines were dirty, the bbq was not cleaned, the outdoor area was dirty also. Showers had mould on them, disappointing really, needs a really good scrubbing.The screen doors didn’t close so there were bugs everywhere inside.

Great getaway

Fantastic sized home with lots of space so you’re not sitting on top of each other we had a group of 16 stay and we all enjoyed our time in Yarrawonga. Communication was amazing and Alex was so helpful along the way with any planning or questions we may of had. If you were looking for a place to stay and get away with friends or family this is a place for you. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home we had a magical weekend and it was nice to finally catch up with all the ladies.

Amazing relaxing house

The house was even more then we expected! We loved that all the rooms had a shared ensuite. It is fully equipped with so much kitchen utensils. Alex was an amazing lovely host and we cannot thank her enough for going out of her way for us. Can’t wait for our next holiday.

Always a great stay!

Absolutely Perfect!

Perfect set up for us with 20 adults enjoying our annual golf weekend away. Alex prepared the house to our liking and with everything in place we didn't have to leave the house. Too many options to point out but the layout of the house is very spacious with a large outdoor undercover decking BBQ area enjoyed by all. Oh yeah did I mention the pool which also got a workout and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Loved the place and our stay so much that we've decided to book the sane place annually. Thanks Alex!
