"We flew in from Florida to spend Easter with our kids and grandkids! This home was so homey and provided all the comforts of home! Beautiful views of the Missouri River and steps away from the famous Meridian Walking Bridge. The owners are very responsive and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. "I love this property- let me start with that! The rustic feel, the amazing bathtub and the sound of wooden floors! I have stayed here before. But this time the price was nearly double. And I take responsibility for not paying attention to the price breakdown. I expected a cleaning fee and taxes, but did not expect the fees to be double the nightly room fees. For those fees, I would have expected the room to not have dust on the ceiling fans, dirty floors, walls, etc… they should take that...

"We liked this location and will try to stay here again if it is available for our next Yankton trip. The location is excellent and walkable, which is very handy when traveling with a pet. For the sake of family and group travelers, it would be helpful if there were a dining table instead of a desk, more glassware, and a large shower curtain to make the bathroom more private, but even without these additions, I expect to be back. "

"This was our third stay. We have visited in winter, fall, and summer. Each stay has been wonderful. I can’t describe how clean and comfortable this rental is. It belongs in an HGTV magazine! The hosts have thought of everything guests might need in all areas of the home. We had 6 adults plus and a set of 7 year old twins. The “treehouse” type bunk beds were so fun for the twins! The “old folks” stayed downstairs and the young ones had the upstairs where they could visit later into the evening....
